Police Make Eight Theft Arrests

Over the weekend, Bensalem police arrested eight individuals on theft-related charges.

 

The following information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. Where an arrest is listed, it does not indicate a conviction. For full details from the police reports including names, please click on the attached PDF file.

Between Dec. 7-10, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Dec. 7 at 3:16 p.m., an 18-year-old Philadelphia woman was charged with theft by unlawful taking at the Neshaminy Mall. Officer will proceed with charges via summons.

On Dec. 7 at 6:28 p.m., a 32-year-old Morrisville woman was charged with retail theft in the 3400 block Horizon Boulevard, Trevose. Officer issued a non-traffic citation.

On Dec. 8 at 9:34 a.m., a 26-year-old Philadelphia man was charged with retail theft in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose. Officer issued a non-traffic citation.

On Dec. 8 at 3:40 p.m., a 28-year-old Philadelphia man was charged with retail theft in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose. Officer will proceed with charges via summons.

On Dec. 9 at 2:15 p.m., a 41-year-old Philadelphia woman was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was arraigned and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000/10% bail.

On Dec. 9 at 5 p.m., a 32-year-old Bensalem man was arrested in the 1300 block of Bristol Pike and charged with retail theft. He was arraigned and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000/10% bail.

On Dec. 10 at 5:13 a.m., a 25-year-old Bensalem man was arrested in the 500 block of Bristol Pike and charged with attempted theft, trespassing, disorderly conduct and traffic offenses. He was arraigned where bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

On Dec. 10 at 5:35 p.m., a 25-year-old Philadelphia man was charged with retail theft in the 2300 block of Street Road. Officer will proceed with charges via summons.
