Police Make Eight Wednesday Arrests
Charges included public drunkenness, retail theft and warrants.
The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.
On Wednesday, May 9, made the following arrests:
At 12:27 a.m., Frank Siclari, 47, of Westland Road, Verona, NJ, and Joseph F. Gilchrist Jr., 49, of the 2500 block of Dunksferry Road, were arrested in the 2500 block of Dunksferry Road and charged with public drunkenness and issued citations.

At 2 p.m., a 17-year-old female from Philadelphia was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
At 2:11 p.m., Meena Mergi, 18, of Hope Court, Mt. Laurel, NJ, and Nakyia Godlewski, 25, of S. Lenlla Road, Maple Shade, NJ, were arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. Mergi was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail. Godlewski was issued a citation.

At 6:30 p.m., Thomas Mensah, 20, of the 3300 block of Richlieu Road, and Ashley Graber, 21, of the 400 block of Jefferson Street, Bristol, were arrested at Street and Knights roads on outstanding warrants out of Bucks County. They were turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
At 6:29 p.m., Shannen Quinn, 20, of the 700 block of Pleasant Avenue, Glenside, was arrested in the 2200 block of Bristol Road and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
