Police Make Five Arrests

Charges included contempt, assault, mischief, theft and public drunkenness.

 

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between July 23-24, made the following arrests:

On July 23 at 2:59 p.m., William Grandy, 29, of the 2100 block of Ziemba Court, was arrested and charged with indirect criminal contempt. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On July 23 at 7:32 p.m., Jerry McCall, 51, of the 3100 block of Moore Avenue, was arrested in the 3100 block of Moore Avenue and charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On July 24 at 12:14 a.m., Carlos Renteria, 35, of the 2300 block of Yuma, Arizona, was arrested in the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with criminal mischief. He was issued a citation.

On July 24 at 12:10 p.m., Teresa M. Young, 40, of the 100 block of Monroe Avenue, Langhorne, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.

On July 24 at 10:23 p.m., Abbas K. Cazan, 39, of the 1900 block of Susquehanna Road, Abington, was arrested in the 2500 block Knights Road, and charged with public drunkenness. He was issued a citation.
