Police Make Five Monday Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Monday, June 18, made the following arrests:

At 3:33 p.m., Kevin W. Kirschner, 22, of the 13000 block of Philmont Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested at Lincoln and Old Lincoln highways on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 9:27 p.m., Justin David Edwards, 18, of Huckleberry Lane, Levittown, and a 17-year-old female from Bensalem were arrested at Pasqualone and Bensalem boulevards and charged with underage drinking. They were issued citations.

At 9:37 p.m., Jose R. Junior, 50, of the 2900 block of Carter Road, Trevose, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

At 11:49 p.m., Nickolas McCarthy, 24, of the 2500 block of Finley Avenue, was arrested in the 2500 block of Finley Avenue on an outstanding warrant out of Harford County, MD. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
