Police Make Five Thursday Arrests

Charges included warrants, theft, identity theft, and forgery.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Thursday, Oct. 13, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 1:10 a.m., Daris Downs Summerlin, 52, of the 400 block of Street Road, Trevose, was arrested in the 2400 block of Byberry Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 11:20 a.m., Samantha Lee Burke, 21, of the 200 block of S. Colbolt Ridge Drive, Levittown, was arrested in the 2400 block of Byberry Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. She was turned over to Bucks County sheriff’s Department.

At 12:37 p.m., Christina R. Gallo, 23, of the 3500 block of Latches Lane, Bristol, was arrested in the 3400 block Horizon Blvd., Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 12:46 p.m., a 16-yeaold male from Philadelphia was charged with retail theft at the , . He will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).

At 8:05 p.m., Lourfrandy Jerez Perez, 24, of the 500 block of E. Clearfield Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested at the , Neshaminy Mall and charged with ID theft, access device fraud and forgery. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in Lieu of $50,000 bail.
