Police Make Five Thursday Arrests

Charges included retail theft and DUI.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Thursday, May 17, made the following arrests:

At 2:52 a.m., Christopher Iocco, 39, of the 2300 block of Ogden Avenue, was arrested at his residence and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

At 10:55 a.m., Ryan Stancil, 27, of the 3100 block of Bath Road, Bristol, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was released without bail.

At 3:05 p.m., Kelly Monaghan, 33, of Vividleaf Lane, Levittown, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was released without bail.

At 5:39 p.m., a 17-year-old female from Philadelphia was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. She will receive a citation.

At 8:16 p.m., Jarrett Thomas Maisey, 31, of the 3700 block of Azalea Drive, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard and charged with retail theft and possession of an instrument of crime. He was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
