Police Make Five Tuesday Arrests

Charges included warrants, theft, conspiracy, driving with suspended license and false ID to law enforcement.

On Tuesday, June 14, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 12:05 p.m., Paul M. Smith, 32, of the 60 block of Old Brook Road, Levittown, was arrested in the 3500 block of Bristol Pike, on an outstanding warrant out of Middletown Township. He was turned over to Middletown Township Police.

At 12:52 p.m., Christopher R. Heller, 29, of the 300 block of W. Bridge Street, Morrisville, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road, and charged with retail theft. He will receive a summons.

At 3:42 p.m., Patrick Joseph Zimmerman, 20, of the 15000 block of Kovats Drive, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Hollister Store, and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

At 6:02 p.m., George Graham, 44, of the 1800 block of N 21st St., Philadelphia, was arrested at Route 1 and Rockhill Drive, on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was also charged with retail theft, criminal conspiracy and driving with a suspended license. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail on current charges. Detainer lodged for warrant.

At 6:02 p.m., Rashea Alston, 38, with no fixed address, was arrested at Route 1 and Rockhill Drive on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was also charged with retail theft, criminal conspiracy and false ID to law enforcement. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail on current charges. Detainer lodged for warrant.
