Police Make Five Wednesday Arrests

Charges included retail theft and fraud.

 

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Wednesday, Dec. 29, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 12:52 p.m., Amanda Lynn Stawicki, 22, of the 4200 block of Whiting Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

At 3:40 p.m., Theresa Ritchie, 21, of the 2800 block of High Street, and Kaitlynne Nichols, 18, of the 300 block of Woodbourne Road, Langhorne, were arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. They were issued citations.

At 6:50 p.m., Ashlyne Whalen, 21, of the 700 block of First Avenue, Croydon, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation

At 9:50 p.m., Devita M. Baker, 31, of the 9400 block of Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, was arrested at the , and charged with access device fraud. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.
