Police Make Four Arrests

Charges included harassment and retail theft.

 

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between Dec. 16-18, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Dec. 16 at 9:18 a.m., Marika Borowycka, 53, of the 2500 block of Knights Road, was charged with harassment. She will receive a citation.

On Dec. 16 at 3:25 p.m., Kayla Adel Gonzalez, 17, of the 100 block of W. Nedro Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the , and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On Dec. 17 at 5:01 p.m., a 16-year-old male from Philadelphia was arrested in the , Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft and harassment. He was issued a citation.

On Dec. 18 at 4:29 p.m., Gerald A. Lee, 30, of the 10 block of Spinythorne Road, Levittown, was arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
