Police Make Four Friday Arrests

Charges included outstanding fugitive warrant and retail theft.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Friday, June 22, made the following arrests:

At 1 a.m., Christopher T. McDowell, 37, was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding fugitive from justice warrant out of Wilmington, Del. He was sent to Bucks County Prison to await Delaware State Police.

At 9:35 a.m., Michael Burke, 65, of the 1800 block of Dover Road., Southampton, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

At 11:54 a.m., Carmen D. Rivera, 51 and Anna Rebecca Rivera, 23, both of the 1500 block of Sellers Street, Philadelphia, were arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy. They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail each.
