Police Make Four Monday Arrests

Charges included DUI, warrants and retail theft.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Monday, May 14, made the following arrests:

At 1:07 a.m., Elveg Davydov, 36, of the 3100 block of Morning Glory Road, Philadelphia, was arrested at Bristol Pike and Woodhaven Road and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

At 9 a.m., James Nixon, 37, with no fixed address, was arrested on an outstanding PA State warrant. He was sent to Bucks County Prison.

At 12:27 p.m., Debra Kane, 42, of the 100 block of Mercy Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

At 5:20 p.m., Gwendolyn Flythe, 54, of the 6300 block of John Hancock Court, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
