Police Make Four Monday Arrests

Charges included theft, trespassing, warrant and public drunkenness.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Monday, Oct. 3, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 6:32 p.m., Michelle Lanza, 26, of the 200 block of E. Lincoln Highway, Trevose, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft and criminal trespass. She was issued citations.

At 8:54 p.m., Brian Newman, 30, of the 900 block of Manor Lane, Trevose, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 9:41 p.m., Joshua E. Middleton, 30, of the 2500 block of Old Trevose Road, Trevose, and Joseph Halverson, 43, of the 7300 block of Oakland Street, Philadelphia, were charged with public drunkenness in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Treovse. They were issued citations.
