Police Make Four Monday Arrests

Charges included aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, retail theft and an outstanding warrant.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Monday, July 2, made the following arrests:

At 11 a.m., Silvia Barros, 33, of the 3600 block of Street Road, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was taken for arraignment and released after paying all fines and court costs.

At 12:22 p.m., Timothy Joseph Murphy III, 25, of the 400 block of Stanford Road, Fairless Hills, was arrested in the 3400 block Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

At 6:23 p.m., Matthew J. Reichart, 38, of the 100 block of Maryland Avenue, Villas, N.J., was arrested in the 700 block of Station Avenue and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, simple assault and resisting arrest. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.

At 10:50 p.m., Robert C. Hartwell, 55, of the 1100 block of Florida Avenue, was arrested in the 4600 block of Bensalem Boulevard on an outstanding warrant out of Bristol Township. He was turned over to Bristol Township Police.
