Police Make Four Thursday Arrests

Charges included assault, warrants, disorderly conduct and warrants.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Thursday, Feb. 2, made the following arrests:

At 1:34 p.m., Richard E. Wagner, 42, of the 100 block of Durham Road, Langhorne, was arrested at Street Road and Tillman Drive, on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 5:12 p.m., Nickolaus J. Demario, 29, of the 4000 block of Deveraux Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2200 block of Bristol Road, and charged with disorderly conduct. He will receive a citation.

At 9:53 p.m., William Bogucki, 26, of the 3100 block of Welsh Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 11:06 p.m., Khalid Aziz, 38, of the 3800 block of Bensalem Boulevard, was arrested in the 2100 block of Street Road and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangering another person, possession of an instrument of crime, harassment and disorderly conduct. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.
