Police Make Four Tuesday Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Tuesday, Dec. 27, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 3:47 p.m., Lindsay Antoinett Black, 21, of the 4800 block of Reedman Avenue, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.

At 4:24 p.m., Julianna Joseph, 42, of the 2500 block of Salmon Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 5 p.m., Maryann Callen, 36, of the 100 block of Hulmeville Road, Langhorne, was arrested at Street and Knights roads, on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 10:47 p.m., Joseph Vangoethem, 30, of the 8400 block of Torresdale Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3200 block of Douglas Turn on an outstanding PA State Warrant. He was taken to Bucks County Prison.
