Police Make Four Tuesday Arrests

Charges included harassment, warrants, aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Tuesday, March 20, made the following arrests:

At 1:30 p.m., a 15-year-old male from Bensalem was charged with harassment in the . He will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).

At 1:55 p.m., Eli Hess, 29, of the 1900 block of Ford Road, Bristol, was arrested at Lincoln Highway and Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 6:55 p.m., James Alfred Gates III, 47, of the 4300 block of Somers Avenue, Trevose was arrested at his residence and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment, disorderly conduct, leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage, failure to render aid/give information, DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving with no insurance and careless driving. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

At 10:45 p.m., Mohammad Saleh, 28, of the 6400 block of Akron Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to the Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.
