Police Make Nine Tuesday Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Tuesday, Nov. 22, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 1:15 a.m., Kevin Lamont Jackson, 23, of the 2000 block of N. 22nd Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 1:30 a.m., Dawn Hibner, 37, of the 1800 block of Westmoreland Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. She was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 3:23 p.m., Tammi Lightford, 44, of the 2900 block of North 26th Street, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

At 3:48 p.m., Brittany L. Moyer, 21, of the 4500 block of Grandview Avenue, was arrested in the 2200 block of Bristol Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. She was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 5:50 p.m., Kenneth Smyczynski, 33, and Karen Shaffer, 51, both of the 3000 block of Bristol Road, were arrested in the 1500 block of Street Road and charged with public drunkenness. They were issued citations.

At 9:02 p.m., Ronald J. Watt, 58, of the 3100 block of Morning Glory Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 900 block of Bristol Pike and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment. He will receive a summons.

At 10 p.m., Shamara Terella Hill, 25, of the 400 block of Forrest Avenue, Upper Darby, was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Delaware County. She was transported to Bucks County Prison to await Delaware County Sheriffs.

At 11:54 p.m., Coral I. Horstmeyer, 40, of the 100 block of Dresherwood Drive, Dresher, was arrested in the 2900 block of Street Road and charged with DUI, careless driving and failure to drive within the lanes. She will receive a summons.
