Police Make Seven Holiday Weekend Theft Arrests

Bensalem police arrested seven individuals on theft and related charges.

 

The following information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. Where an arrest is listed, it does not indicate a conviction. For full details from the police reports including names, please click on the attached PDF file.

Between Oct. 5-8, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Oct. 5 at 1:24 p.m., a 35-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft and disorderly conduct. He was issued citations.

On Oct. 6 at 1:32 p.m., a 42-year-old Bensalem woman and a 15-year-old Bensalem female were arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. The woman will receive a citation. The juvenile will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).

On Oct. 6 at 8:30 p.m., a 50-year-old Bensalem man was arrested in the FYE Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft and public drunkenness. He will receive citations.

On Oct. 8 at 11:56 a.m., a 30-year-old Croydon woman was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On Oct. 8 at 2:09 p.m., a 49-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and false ID to law enforcement and was wanted out of Philadelphia. He was sent to Bucks County Prison without bail.

On Oct. 8 at 7:10 p.m., a 22-year-old Bensalem woman was arrested in the 2400 block of Byberry Road and charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property and had an outstanding PA State Warrant. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.
