Police Make Seven Tuesday Arrests

Charges included curfew, weapons, trespassing, disorderly conduct, warrants and DUI.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Tuesday, April 10, made the following arrests:

At 10:23 a.m., a 17-year-old male and a 15-year-old female, both from Bensalem, were charged with violation of daytime curfew in the 2400 block Pasqualone Boulevard. They were issued citations.

At 10:34 a.m., Robert Donald Dagostin, 38, of the 6300 block of Forge Turn, was arrested in the 4500 block of Laurence Court on an outstanding warrant out of Luzerne County. He was sent to Bucks County Prison to await Luzerne County Sheriffs.

At 11 a.m., a 14-year-old male from Bensalem was arrested in the 4300 block of Hulmeville Road and charged with having a knife in school. Juvenile Criminal Allegation with be filed.

At 3:55 p.m., Daniel Joseph Di Francesco, 41, with no fixed address, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct. In addition, he had an outstanding warrant out of Bensalem Township. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.

At 4:52 p.m., Richard Joseph McDonald, Jr., 22, of the 1600 block of Point Drive, was arrested in the 1600 block of Point Drive on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 11:45 p.m., Eugene H. Belk, Jr., 37, of the 1200 block of Magnolia Avenue, Croydon, was arrested at State and Street roads and charged with DUI and careless driving. He will receive a summons.
