Police Make Seven Wednesday Arrests

Charges included assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, theft, conspiracy and contempt.

On Wednesday, April 13, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 1 a.m., Kevan Burns, 51, of the 3200 block of Carroll Court, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

At 10:10 a.m., a 16-year-old male from Bensalem was arrested in the 4300 block of Hulmeville Road and charged with disorderly conduct. He was issued a citation.

At 12:32 p.m., John Orville Wright III, 32, and Casilyn Christa Brofman, 29, both of the 30 block of Cloister Road, Levittown, were arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy. They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $30,000 bail each.

At 2:22 p.m., Michelle Pena Smith, 20, of the 2800 block of N. Lawrence Street, Philadelphia, and Keyla Colon Rivera, 21, of the 3100 block of Weymouth Street, Philadelphia, were arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy. They were issued citations.

At 7:13 p.m., Rafael Candelaria, 27, of the 3300 block of Richlieu Road, was arrested in the 2100 block of State Road and charged with indirect criminal contempt. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.
