Police Make Seven Wednesday Arrests

Charges included a tobacco offense, theft, public drunkenness and an outstanding warrant.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Wednesday, May 16, made the following arrests:

At 8 a.m., a 17-year-old male from Bensalem was charged with use of tobacco on school property in the . He was issued a citation.

At 9:27 a.m., Scott Neisser, 22, of the 3100 block of Mechanicsville Road, was arrested at Century Lane and Clara Drive and charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

At 10:16 a.m., Kevin Pepper, 33, of the 10 block of Michael Place, Levittown, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

At 11:56 a.m., the following were arrested at the , Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft, possession of an instrument of crime and receiving stolen property. James, Cox, 31, of the 5200 block of Cedar Avenue, Philadelphia. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail. Myles Hartman, 20, of the 1400 block of S. 54th Street, Philadelphia. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail.

At 5:25 p.m., Philip Hansel, 29, of the 40 block of Rolling Lane, Levittown, was charged with public drunkenness in the 3100 block of Knights Road. He was issued a citation.

At 11:50 p.m., Renay Shurr, 45, of the 2200 block of St. Vincent Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Phila Probation and Parole Department.
