Police Make Six Tuesday Arrests

Charges included mischief, underage drinking, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, warrants, insurance fraud, fictitious reports and theft.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Tuesday, July 19, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 1:04 a.m., Christopher Harrell, 18, of the 2200 block of Buchanan Avenue, Croydon, was arrested at Street and Knights roads and charged with criminal mischief, underage drinking, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He will receive a summons.

At 10:31 a.m., Austin Gillespie, 19, of the 300 block of E Church Street, Philadelphia, and Jamaal Williams, age 22, of the 4400 block of Dittman Street, Philadelphia, were arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on outstanding warrants out of Philadelphia. They were sent to Bucks County Prison.

At 3 p.m., Andrey V. Poberezhnyuk, 23, of the 2200 block of College Avenue, was arrested at his residence and charged with insurance fraud and fictitious reports to law enforcement. He was released on unsecured bail.

At 4:15 p.m., a 17-year-old female and a 16-year-old female, both from Philadelphia, were arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. They were issued citations.
