Police Make Three Monday Arrests

Charges included a warrant, assault, harassment and public drunkenness.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Monday, Nov. 21, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 9:58 a.m., Patrick Verrecchia, 37, of the 700 block of Birch Avenue, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $7,500 bail.

At 8:55 p.m., David W. Maris, 40, of the 10 block of Riverside Drive, Dover, DE, was arrested in the and charged with public drunkenness. He was issued a citation.

At 10:42 p.m., James Yost, 22, of the 1400 block of Gibson Road, was arrested at Gibson and Hulmeville roads on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
