Police Make Three Monday Arrests

Charges included burglary, theft and an outstanding warrant.

On Monday, March 26, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 7:35 a.m., Theodore William Pagliaro, 22, of the 15000 block of Carter Road, Philadelphia, was arrested at the , and charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, resisting arrest, possession of an instrument of crime, criminal trespass and criminal mischief. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.

At 8:03 a.m., Aleksandr Mogilevich, 43, of the 3000 block of Bristol Road, was arrested in the 3000 block of Bristol Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 11:14 a.m., Jason Fischer, 38, of the 2500 block of Dunksferry Road was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road, and charged with retail theft. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
