Police Make Three Monday Arrests

Charges included theft, receiving stolen property, assault and harassment.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Monday, April 2, made the following arrests:

At 1:25 a.m., William Zemartis, 28, of the 3100 block of Knights Road, was arrested at his residence and charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He will receive a summons.

At 10:10 a.m., Ricky Parker, 34, of the 1800 block of Fox Chase Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2500 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.

At 8:10 p.m., Luis Sepulveda, 30, of the 2900 block of Knights Road, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault and harassment. He was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
