Police Make Three Thursday Arrests

Charges included disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of an instrument of crime, possession of an instrument of crime/w intent and reckless endangering another person.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Thursday, July 14, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 12:15 a.m., Shawn Leonard Swartz, 31, of the 9600 block of Ashton Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3600 block of Street Road and charged with disorderly conduct. He will receive a citation.

At 12:23 a.m., Richard Joseph Bohner, 50, of the 800 block of Durham Road, Langhorne, was charged with public drunkenness in the 3600 block of Rockhill Drive. He will receive a citation.

At 2:46 p.m., Anthony Whethers, 22, of the 2200 block of N. Gratz Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 1600 block Bridgewater Road, and charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of an instrument of crime, possession of an instrument of crime/w intent and reckless endangering another person. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
