Police Make Three Tuesday Arrests

Charges included retail theft and an outstanding warrant.

The following arrest information was supplied by Bensalem police. It does not indicate a conviction.

On Tuesday, June 28, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 2:02 p.m., Sylvain Stafeld, 20, of the 2900 block of West Avenue, Brooklyn, was arrested in the and charged with retail theft. Stafeld was arraigned by Judge Vislosky and bail was set at $75,000/10 percent. Stafeld was sent to Bucks County Prison.

At 7:16 p.m., a 15-year-old juvenile, of Philadelphia, was charged with retail theft in the Neshaminy Mall. The juvenile was issued a non-traffic citation.

At 10 p.m., Jason Flores, 24, of the 2500 block Glenn Avenue, was arrested in the 2400 block of Byberry Road on outstanding Bucks and Montgomery county warrants. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriffs Department.
