Police Make Three Tuesday Arrests

Charges included theft and harassment.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Tuesday, Aug. 16, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 1:09 p.m., Inna Vladimirovna Zavalnaya, 41, of the 2600 block of E. Ann Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of fines and court costs due to her alien status.

At 1:13 p.m., Mark Andrew Henry, 29, with no fixed address, was arrested in the 400 block of Birch Avenue, and charged with theft by unlawful taking. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

At 9:09 p.m., a 12-year-old female from Bensalem was charged with harassment in the 6400 block of Brandywine Court. She will receive a citation.
