Police Make Two Monday Arrests

Charges included disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and retail theft.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Monday, Dec. 5, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 11:45 a.m., Russell Gary, 46, of the 3300 block of Potter Street in Philadelphia was arrested and charged with retail theft at the FYE Store in Neshaminy Mall. He was issued a citation.

At 11:47 p.m., Tina Potter, 24, of the 1800 block of Dill Avenue in Linden, N.J. was arrested in the 2900 block of Street Road in Bensalem and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. She was issued a citation
