Police Make Two Thursday Arrests

Charges included retail theft and outstanding warrants.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Thursday, Feb. 23, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 2:47 p.m., Jackson Matthew Fox, 22, of the 800 block of Stillman Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3800 block of Neshaminy Valley Drive and charged with retail theft. In addition, he was also wanted out of Philadelphia. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail for the retail theft and a detainer was lodged for the Philadelphia warrant.

At 3:59 p.m., James Alexander Twilley, 38, was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
