The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.
On Wednesday, Aug. 17, Bensalem police made the following arrests:
At 1:40 a.m., Morgen Nicolle Kottler, 21, of the 4800 block of Hillside Avenue, was arrested at Third Avenue and Hillside Avenue, and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. She was issued citations.
At 2:41 a.m., Amer Ashraf, 44, of the 1300 block of Edgely Road, Levittown, was arrested at Street Road and Windsor Avenue and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.
