Police Report Warrant, Theft Arrests, Curfew Violation

Bensalem police reported four Wednesday incidents.

On Wednesday, Oct. 3, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 3:52 a.m., a 15-year-old male from Bensalem was charged with violation of nighttime curfew at Highland and Tennis avenues. He will be referred to the Youth AID Panel (YAP).

At 1:38 p.m., a 19-year-old Bensalem man was arrested in the 3100 block of Knights Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

At 2:47 p.m., a 74-year-old Philadelphia woman was arrested at the Boscov’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

At 9:37 p.m., a 39-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested in the 2400 block of Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County. He was turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.
