Eduardo Tomasek, the former restaurant shift manager who admitted groping several female teen employees, will spend at least 10 years in state prison.
According to a CBS story, Tomasek, 51, was sentenced in Doylestown Thursday to 10-24 years under a plea agreement. He will also be a registered sex offender under Megan’s Law for the rest of his life.
On May 23 last year, Special Victims Unit arrested Tomasek for indecent assault, unlawful contact with minors, corruption the morals of minors and related offenses.
After a two-month investigation, Tomasek, a shift manager at Popeye’s Restaurant 2160 Street Road, was accused of fondling and inappropriately touching seven 15-16 year-old female employees and supplied some of them with gifts and money.
