On Saturday, April 6 at 2:46 a.m., Trooper Thomas Geerlof observed a 32-year-old man urinating on the side of the road on I-95 South near mile marker 33.8 in Bensalem, according to a police report. The man was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol and was taken to St. Mary Medical Center where a blood sample was taken.
DUI charges are pending, police said.
