Schedule Flu Shot Appointment Starting This Monday
The Bensalem EMS will begin scheduling appointments for flu shots on Monday, Sept. 23. The shots will be administered on Oct. 29 at the township building.
When summer ends this weekend, it also marks the beginning of the new season.
No, we're not just talking about autumn, but also the return of the nasty flu season.
On Monday, Sept. 23, township residents can call the Bensalem EMS and schedule an appointment for a free flu shot that will be administered at the Bensalem Township Building on Tuesday, Oct. 29 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
According to Bensalem EMS Administrative Director and Deputy Chief Erin Ruggiero, the township has received 250 shots, and they will be given out at a first come, first serve basis.
