Seven Vehicles Broken Into at Tyler State Park

State police are searching for individuals who stole items from cars in Newtown park.

State police are investigating a rash of car burglaries at park in Newtown.

Trevose troopers said somebody broke into and stole items from seven vehicles at Tyler State Park.

According to police, the thefts occurred in the park’s Lower Plantation parking lot between 3:40 p.m. and 3:55 on Oct. 16.

Police said the thieves broke windows in the vehicles to gain entrance. Various items were removed from the vehicles.
