State Police Make Five DUI Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose Station. It does not imply conviction.

 

Between July 7-11, made the following DUI arrests:

On July 7 at 11:50 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. The driver, Lester Livingston, 38, of Hamilton, N.J., was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.

On July 8 at 5 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle on Route 413 southbound at Oak Street in Bristol Township. The driver, Louis D. Pike, 46, of Croydon, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Erik Sinwich investigated the incident.

On July 9 at 2:37 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 at milepost 41.1 in Middletown Township. The driver, Ashley L. Nelson, 29, of Ewing, N.J., was found to be intoxicated. She faces DUI charges. Trooper Thomas Geerlof investigated the incident.

On July 10 at 12:32 a.m., state police observed a vehicle driving erratically on I-95 at exit 40 in Bristol Township. The driver, Andrzej T. Baran, 62, of Bensalem, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.

On July 11 at 1:17 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. The driver, Harry Garcia, 32, of Philadelphia, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.
