State Police Make Five DUI Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

 

Between Sept. 6-9, made the following arrests:

On Sept. 6 at 9:39 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 southbound at Exit 44 in Middletown Township. The driver, a 28-year-old man from Yardley, was found to be under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. He faces DUI charges.

On Sept. 7 at 3:04 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 42 in Middletown Township. The driver, a 28-year-old man from Penns Grove, NJ, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and faces DUI charges.

On Sept. 8 at 1 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 44-year-old female from Philadelphia, was found to be intoxicated and faces DUI charges in district court.

On Sept. 8 at 3:22 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 southbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 33-year-old female from Trenton, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and faces DUI charges in district court.

On Sept. 9 at 3:22 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 in Bensalem. The driver, a 36-year-old man from Bensalem, was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI.
