State Police Make Two Friday DUI Arrests

Trevose troopers arrested two alleged drunk drivers on I-95 in Bensalem early Friday morning.

At 12:22 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 southbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 49-year-old Philadelphia man, was found to be impaired. He faces DUI charges.

At 2:01 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle traveling with a lighting equipment violation on I-95 southbound at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. The driver, a 24-year-old Levittown man, was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested for DUI and faces charges in district court.
