State Police Report Crash, DUI Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between July 12-19, responded to the following incidents:

On July 12 at 10:15 p.m., state police responded to a one-vehicle crash on I-95 northbound at milepost 44.4 in Middletown Township. Police said the driver, Joshua Parkes, 24, of Morrisville, was travelling at a high rate of speed, failed to negotiate a slight curve in the road, lost control, left the roadway and struck a concrete culvert in the grass. Parkes was cited for speeding and driving with a suspended license. Trooper Christopher Tavernier investigated the incident.

On July 17 at 12:13 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound near the Neshaminy Creek in Bensalem. The driver, Robert C. Marshall, 32, of Philadelphia, was found to be impaired. He refused a blood test and faces DUI charges. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.

On July 17 at 11:14 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 46.5 in Lower Makefield. The driver, Gregory M. Deangelis, 20, of Ringoes, NJ, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.

On July 18 at 12:24 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for swerving on I-95 southbound at milepost 42 in Middletown Township. The driver, Nicholas Ohey, 24, of Bensalem, was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested for DUI. Trooper Kevin Lee investigated the incident.
