State Police Report Crashes, Stolen Vehicle Recovery

Trevose troopers responded to two Woodhaven Road crashes and a recovered stolen vehicle in Bristol.

On Oct. 15 at 7:24 a.m., state police responded to a one-vehicle crash at the Woodhaven Road onramp to I-95 northbound. The driver, a 27-year-old Bensalem man, was traveling too fast for roadway conditions, lost control of his vehicle and struck a guardrail. He reported minor chest pain and was transported to Aria Torresdale Hospital by Bensalem EMS.

On Oct. 15 at 1:39 p.m., state police recovered a stolen vehicle at the Bristol Gardens Apartment Complex in Bristol Township. A trooper observed that the vehicle window was partially down and its door was partially open with no one inside. An NCIC check reported the vehicle stolen out of New Jersey.

On Oct. 16 at 9:49 p.m., state police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the Woodhaven Road onramp to I-95 southbound. Police said a vehicle driven by a 32-year-old Holland woman was following another vehicle driven by a 22-year-old Philadelphia woman. Traffic stopped and the first vehicle rear-ended the other. No injuries were reported.
