Counterfeit Money Suspected at Parx

The following information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose Station. It does not imply conviction.

Between Dec. 22-26, state troopers stationed at Parx Casino reported the following incidents:

*A suspected counterfeit $100 bill was discovered from an attempted exchange at the cashiers. The investigation is continuing. 

*A black Apple iPod 4S, 32 GB fell from the victims pocket while on the gaming floor. A few seconds later, an unidentified male picked up the phone and exited the casino. The suspect was a white male and was wearing a sweatshirt, blue jeans and a black baseball hat. The suspect was seen exiting the casino out of the West entrance/exit with the stolen phone in hand. Any person with information pertaining to this incident is asked to call PSP-Trevose.

*Two suspected counterfiet $5 bills were discovered from an attempted exchange at the cashier. Investigation continuing.
