State Police Report Three DUI Arrests, One-Vehicle Crash

Trevose troopers respond to a crash on I-95 and three DUI incidents.

On Sept. 21 at 12:16 a.m., state police responded to a one-vehicle crash on I-95 southbound at milepost 45.2 in Middletown Township. Police said the driver attempted to avoid being hit by another vehicle, lost control, struck a guide rail fence and became entangled in the fence. No injuries were reported.

On Sept. 21 at 2:22 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 southbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 21-year-old Bristol man, was found to be intoxicated and faces DUI charges.

On Sept. 21 at 2:29 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 southbound at milepost 36.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 27-year-old Trenton woman, was found to be impaired and faces DUI charges.

On Sept. 21 at 3:18 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on Route 1 northbound at Hulmeville Road in Middletown Township. The driver, a 38-year-old Trenton man, was found to be intoxicated and faces DUI and false ID to law enforcement charges. He was released to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office due to an arrest warrant.
