State Police Respond to Crashes in Langhorne, Lower Makefield

Trevose troopers Friday investigated several accidents.

On Oct. 19 at 10:52 p.m., state police responded to a car vs. tree accident in Langhorne Manor. According to police, a 63-year-old Langhorne woman was traveling south on S. Pine Street when it crossed the intersection with S. Bellevue Avenue and impacted a tree on the northwest corner where it came to rest. The woman sustained injuries and was transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center by Penndel-Middletown.

On Oct. 19 at 11:49 p.m., state police responded to a two-vehicle, hit-and-run crash on I-95 southbound at the Scudders Falls Bridge in Lower Makefield. Police said a vehicle driven by a 21-year-old Philadelphia woman struck the rear of another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle fled the crash scene and continued southbound. No injuries were reported. This accident caused another two-vehicle crash.
