Thursday Arrests Include Public Drunkenness, Warrants, Retail Theft, Assault, Harassment

Police charged individuals from Levittown, Bensalem and Philadelphia.

On Feb. 17, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 4:42 a.m., Dwayne Snelling, 28, of the 2400 block of Airacobra Street, Levittown, was arrested in the 2500 block of Knights Road, and charged with public drunkenness. He was issued a citation. 

At 8 a.m., Phillip Ellis, 26, of the 1400 block of Howell Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway,Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to the Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 8:30 a.m., James Hilton, 64, was arrested in the 2300 block Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose, on an outstanding Pennsylvania State warrant. He was turned over to State Police.

At 2 p.m., Phillip Rush, 56, was arrested in the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall, and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $30,000 bail.

At 6:45 p.m., Nicholas Anthony Titus, 20, of the 4100 block of Glenview Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 1000 block of Thunder Circle and charged with simple assault and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.

At 9:37 p.m., Michael Nottingham, 29, of the 1200 block of Primrose Court, was arrested in the 2300 block of Bristol Pike, and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment. He was issued two citations.
