Thursday Arrests Included Apprehended Fugitives, Weapon at School, Theft

Individuals involved were from Levittown, Philadelphia and Bensalem.

On Thursday, April 14, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 12:14 p.m., Anthony K. Barber, 26, of Graceful Lane, Levittown, was arrested in the 1600 block of Street Road on an outstanding fugitive from justice warrant out of Mercer County, N.J. He was sent to Bucks County Prison to await extradition.

At 12:30 p.m., Frank Chacon, 24, of the 2000 block of E. Sager Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 2:10 p.m., a 12-year-old male from Bensalem was charged with having a weapon on school property in the 3300 block of Hulmeville Road. He will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).

At 5:15 p.m., 14-year-old male and a 15-year-old male both from Philadelphia were arrested in the Department Store, and charged with retail theft. They were issued a citation.
