Traffic Stops Lead to DUI, Drug Possession Arrests

Trevose troopers made drunk driving and drug arrests during recent traffic stops.

Between Oct. 23-26, Trevose troopers made the following arrests:

On Oct. 23 at 5:21 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle on Route 413 at Rockview Drive in Bristol Township. Upon further investigation, a passenger in the vehicle, a 25-year-old Levittown woman, was arrested for possession of suspected heroin.

On Oct. 26 at 1:58 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 27-year-old Mt. Holly, NJ man, was found to be intoxicated and in possession of a controlled substance. He faces related charges.

On Oct. 26 at 12:59 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 41.1 in Middletown Township. The driver, a 55-year-old Hamilton Square, NJ man, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges in district court.
