Trevose Troopers Make Eight DUI Arrests

Charges included DUI and theft.

The following arrest information was provided by the state police station in Trevose. It does not imply conviction.

Between Feb. 23-26, made the following arrests:

On Feb. 23 at 12:06 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 at milepost 36.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Colin P. Carney, 20, of Langhorne, was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Matthew Lopresto investigated the incident with assistance from Cpl. Dwayne Rouzer.

On Feb. 25 at 1:31 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Sade L. Cofield, 24, of Philadelphia, was found to be intoxicated. She was given a blood, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Robert Richter investigated the incident.

On Feb. 25 at 10:40 a.m., state police responded to Parx Casino for a reported theft. Police said an 86-year-old male from Langhorne reported that someone stole a $100 voucher from a slot machine. When police arrived both the suspect and victim were present. Restitution was made and the victim refused prosecution. Trooper Erik Sinwich investigated the incident with assistance from Trooper Oliverio.

On Feb. 26 at 1:29 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 southbound at milepost 36.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Hyden W. Somarsingh was found to be intoxicated, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper

On Feb. 26 at 4:13 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost Lilia B. Zaleski, 29, of Cape May, was found to be intoxicated. He was found to be intoxicated, processed and released. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.

On Feb. 26 at 10:30 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on I-95 southbound at milepost 35 in Bensalem. The driver, Mark A. Rotandi, 19, of Upper Darby, was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Matthew Lopresto investigated the incident with assistance from Trooper Gerry Gronski.

On Feb. 26 at 1:29 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver Hyden Wells, 37, of Vorhees, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI  charges in district court. Trooper Robert Richter investigated the incident.

On Feb. 26 at 5:51 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 33.3 in Bensalem. The driver, Elizabeth A. Caldwell, 32, of Philadelphia, was found to be intoxicated. She was arrested for DUI. Trooper Keving Lee investigated the incident.

On Feb. 27 at 2:40 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Dequan A. Holman, 20, of Princeton, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI and underage drinking charges. Trooper Robert Richter investigated the incident.
