Trevose Troopers Report Casino Incident, Drunk Drivers

Man caught capping bets and two drunk drivers apprehended.

On April 2-3, state police from the Trevose station responded to the following incidents:

On April 2 between 2:19 and 4:02 a.m., a 44-year-old Philadelphia man was observed capping $20 and $25 bets while playing poker at Parx Casino. State police said he provided full restitution without further incident. Trooper R. Keeys investigated the incident.

On April 3 at 12:10 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven in an erratic manner by Sabrina Mary Bickham, 33, of Philadelphia, on I-95 at Exit 44. Bickham was evaluated by Drug Recognition Expert Trooper Matthew Lopresto and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Bickham had blood drawn, was processed and released. Charges will be filed in district court. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.

On April 3 at 12:39 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by Luis Rodriguez, 32, of Cherry Hill, on I-95 at milepost 34.9. Rodriguez was found to be intoxicated. He was processed and released. Charges will be filed in district court. Cpl. M. Sadwoski investigated the incident.
