Troopers Charge 10 with Drunk Driving

Between March 26-April 3, made the following DUI arrests:

On March 26 at 2:10 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 38.5 in Bristol. The driver, Christoph Chianese, 60, of Hamilton Square, NJ, was found to be impaired. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Robert Richter investigated the incident.

On March 27 at 12:46 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Antone L. Williams, 31, of Trenton, was found to be impaired and refused a blood test. He faces DUI charges. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.

On March 27 at 12:43 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. The driver, Johkere S. Williams, 22, of Bristol, was found to be impaired. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Erik Sinwich investigated the incident.

On March 28 at 1:17 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at exit 35 in Bensalem. The driver, Ryan Kennedy, 31, was found to be impaired. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Robert Richter investigated the incident.

On March 29 at 12:06 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for erratic driving on I-95 southbound at exit 35. The driver, Gregory L. Square, 38, Philadelphia, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.

On March 29 at 2:52 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Jenna L. Dunbar, 21, of Bensalem, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Brandon Horlacher investigated the incident.

On March 31 at 1:50 a.m., Jimmie C. Swayer, 42, of Bensalem, presented himself at the Trevose State Police station to update his personal information required by Megan’s Law. Swayer was observed driving into the barracks parking lot. He was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.

On April 1 at 2:59 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for erratic driving on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Michael S. Urbanek, 35, of Bensalem was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.

On April 1 at 11:14 a.m., state police observed a vehicle stopped on the side of I-95 northbound at milepost 41.8 in Middletown. The driver, Matthew J. Danner, 28, of Croydon, was found to be intoxicated and in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He faces DUI and possession charges. Trooper Jon Nederostek investigated the incident.

On April 3 at 12:51 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 southbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Lori Ann Williams, 42, of Levittown, was found to be intoxicated. She faces DUI charges. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.
